Ryan Hawk is the host of the Learning Leader Show, a podcast he launched in 2015 which has grown to reach millions of listeners in over 150 countries. A standout high school and college athlete, Ryan spent 12 years in the corporate world before beginning his own business. He's also the author of two books, including his recently released The Pursuit of Excellence: The Uncommon Behaviors of the World's Most Productive Achievers.
He joined Matthew and Vivek on this episode to talk about growing up in Centreville, Ohio, playing football for a legendary high school program, competing with Ben Roethlisberger for a starting QB spot in college, eventually making the transition into his business career and the lessons he's learned about leadership along the way.
